Pulling up for myself.

Not for you, not for anyone. I’m doing better today because I want to for me, myself and I.

I hurt, so I fixed the worst of it. I’ll figure out how to get to the rest as soon as possible.

I’m tired, so I’ll sleep when I’m done working.

My body wants exercise, so I’m going to walk.

I want relief for myself, so that’s what I’m going to find.
