Thank you for the reminder. Last night’s rest and Nathan working on my throbbing muscles was a helpful start.
This morning started with cuddly purring kitties and Advil followed by a notification to watch this video:
I’m not all the way up yet, still tired and sore, but the reminder of “Help is on the way” was very helpful to me.
Also reminding myself of my last massage yesterday is helpful. Even in my depleted state the woman, a new client to me, said it was the best massage she’d ever had. I appreciate that, it’s why I still do as much as I do. I enjoy helping others feel better.
