When I got home I checked my numbers again in front of Nathan. He caught what I was missing. All of my readings have been close to the same thing, but several were exactly the same. He said get a new package of strips and see what happens. I retested and they were 100 points lower, and totally normal.
I had bad strips.
Whew, that’s a significant relief. Now I need to test for a while to make sure I’m actually doing okay.
That still doesn’t account for the other handful of symptoms (like random dizziness without bloodpressure changes), so I’ll still take the acupuncturist’s suggestions and see if those adjustments address the rest of my concerns.
My thoughts of the last post still apply regardless of the bad strips. Whether the adjustments help or not, I can still reach for the feeling place of full true health. I can still aim for full healing of my body and block anything that might be from external sources.
May you find that some of your solutions are as easy as opening a new package. May you find that all of your solutions are easier than your fears might suggest. May you visualize yourself to full health.
Om Shanti
