Continuation

I was in the middle of meditation when my inner self said I needed to share the words I’m using, and the experience of thier effects for me.

So here goes my best meditative post for the day.

I am here.
I am a miracle.
I am a miracle for having made it through this far.
I am a miracle because of my body and my brain, and their awe inspiring ability to heal.
I am a healer just by virtue of being alive.

I feel the light that those statements bring to my awareness, as a warm tingly sensation spreading through my body and brain. Then the light starts to produce pressure in certain areas. Those are the edges of where the flow is blocked, just like how a trigger point resists my touch.

Repeat. I am here.
I am a miracle.
My body is a miracle.
My brain is a miracle.
I am alive because of the miracle healing mechanisms in my body.
I made it through everything just by being me and choosing to live.

The pressure grows to be more noticeable. I give it the attention it needs just as I would a trigger point. Acknowledge it is there. Something caused it to be hurt and the hurt got stuck in a way that is cutting off the love, the flow of life in your body.

I am sorry that those things happened, and I'm sorry that they never healed. I deserved better than that, and I am the one that failed to give myself what was needed to heal at the time. I am sorry.

I love you (pressure/pain space). I love myself enough to fix it now. I have given myself all of the tools my body needs to mend, I made sure of it by taking my vitamins and a few very supportive herbs. I made sure of it, because I know that my brain is struggling because it needs something. So regardless of what IT says I'm going to do my best to provide. I am a miracle goddess worthy and deserving of love. Real love.

Discomfort grows, but in smaller areas.

The pressure, the discomfort, is where the light is moving into the damaged spaces. It is uncomfortable because it forces flow to return, it forces life to live again. The damage was never mended, and the only way to bring in healing is to open the wound. God's light is gentler than surgery, but still uncomfortable.

Opening a wound is always going to be painful. But once open the light, the flow, can return.

The relief begins.

The flow brings what was needed all along.

It becomes a gentle loving embrace.
The sense of support we all need.
Those parts of me, they just didn't know they needed it, or even what it was.

The pressure feels less but stays.
Now it is the pressure of being supported in loving light.
Now it is the pressure of nutrients and hydration flowing in.
It is a good pressure, it is a helpful pressure.
It is the feeling of God being let into spaces that have not felt the light and love for decades.
This discomfort, this definitely feels good. Like the hurts-good of my fix-it massages.
It makes sure that everything gets what it needs.
It is omnipresent, all the damaged spaces receiving simultaneously, my only ability to discern is where I focus my attention.
I count 11 in my brain, head, and neck.
I count 23 in the rest of my body.
And I'm writing from this mindful space so I may have missed some.
All of them found with the same level of light and love flowing much needed supportive pressure.

Pause.
Feel.
Just sitting with the sensations.
Let the mind relax, and check in on spots in a rotation you don't have to think too much about.
Just know the light and love is working, and the level of damage is what determines how long it might take.
Do this as long as possible, every day.
If you have to stop because of life, just know you have to revisit until complete. With my years of practice, I'm able to do this as long as no one is talking directly to me, it has been a huge help.

You know it is complete when the pressure releases and you genuinely feel better in that spot. It feels good again. It feels easy again. It feels normal again.

If you get distracted, repeat.
I am here.
I am a miracle.
My body is a miracle.
My brain is a miracle.
I made it through all of that and I'm still alive.
I deserve the miracle that is ME.
I deserve all that is wonderful and good.
I deserve to have myself and all that means.
I deserve all the love and light needed to heal fully and completely.

Sit and relax and repeat any of this as much as needed. Do what your body asks of you. If you need to pee, go pee. If you need a drink, drink something, preferably pure water. If your body wants to change position do it to the fullest of your ability. Just keep breathing through all of it and stay focused on the message here.

May you find the healing you seek. May the flow do exactly what you hope for. May we all find the release of healing and find our whole inner self. May we all feel just fine again. May you feel good and know the light of life is flowing in all of you. Above all, may you know that the divine loves and supports you in all that you do.

As above so below. An it harm none, do what ye will. So mote it be.

May God’s will be complete, on Earth as it is in Heaven.

Appropriately Colorful Euphemisms- a good start.

Put up or shut up.

Pot calling the kettle black.

Shit or get off the pot.

A few bricks shy of a full load.

My morning started with dreams, a shower rant, and holding a dieing raptor.

The dream was essentially being told I wasn’t listening and I was doing it all wrong. Maybe it wasn’t a dream maybe it was me loosing to the brain trauma of that sentiment in my repetitive experience. I moved my hands and turned on my Reiki. It helped but did not fix, again.

In the shower I went off about how I have energetically carried everyone my whole life, not even knowing that I was doing it. Their words and actions having an even greater impact me because I felt them on levels our language can’t handle and I had no comprehension for… No one did. I was angry that God didn’t fix it, that nothing I have wanted or enjoyed ever lasted because I would get sucked right back into energetic lead boots. Even worse, was the acknowledgement that my children carry the ripple effects and I’m powerless to fix it.

On my way to work at the 2nd stop sign of my route, there was what I thought was a perigrine laying in the road. Once our vehicle stopped I realized he was still moving. I lept out and picked him up. He was bleeding from his nose, brain truama had definitely occurred. He looked at me and then closed his eyes. Nathan asked where, or if, we could take him for help. I said he wouldn’t make it, there was nothing I could do. I placed him gently in the grass beside the road and got back in the car crying out loud.

I am angry over a lot right now. Traumas I and my brother faced. Diseases we contracted that medical institutions did nothing to solve but pretended to have solutions for. Failures at every turn, often missed by people supposedly educated enough to have God complexes. Angry at myself for allowing the diseases and traumas in, for dragging my family like a whole train of lead carts, for failing to help myself sooner.

I’m angry at the perceived promises and my believing them too long. I’m angry that I didn’t listen to my inner being better and sooner. I’m angry that I’ve been unable to get others to see it and that the same system is doing it again and keeping everyone stressed in the process. That the system itself is dooming us to death sentences, that we are all now ticking time bombs, that no one even registers it’s already begun and the system is set-up to deter real healing because of impacts to profits.

I’m angry that my stumbling through textbooks and the internet has provided answers that help, but still don’t fix it enough to save my life. My best answers were divinely guided, but too slow, too late, to ineffective, and not complete solutions. My connection to God has only slowed everything. At the rate my family is going, and my ability (or lack thereof) to maintain near perfection indefinitely, I might get another couple decades if I’m lucky. If I fail, my life is more likely to end sooner. No miracles have happened, no solutions for any of us, means we are all squarely responsible for our own health however long that may be. So I’m angry that I’ve been unable to get anyone to understand that, and heed warnings which I simply feel in my body and awareness.

The list could go on and on.

But I must stop it.

Man who stands on toilet is high on pot.

I’m not high right now, but would like to be, it helps. I’m not as flexible as is ideal, but would like to be, it helps. I’m not as slender as I’d like to be, my body feels a bit better the slimmer I get, it’s easier to find balance than in my past, it has helped. I’m not as healthy as ideal, but would like to be, it helps. I’m not as smart as I’d like to be, it helps. My intuition isn’t as clear as I would like it be, it has helped more than anything. I like eating everything, but like feeling better more, so I’m doing the best to find the best balance I can.

I can’t fix it, so right now I’m not. I’m not fixing anything. I’m not being there for anyone. I’m not helping anyone see anything. I’m not making a difference or changing the world. I’m not keeping anyone else alive. I’m not dragging anyone with me. I’m not getting my point across. I’m not making anything right. I’m not arguing for anything anymore. I’m not filling others’ roles or expectations anymore. I’m not taking care of anyone else. I’m not repeating myself for anyone. I’m not getting anyone to listen. None of my efforts have worked anyway.

I’m ineffective, misunderstood, misconstrued. I’m intimidating and fear inducing. And none of that is me. No one wants me. No one wants all of me, most everyone only wants one small portion of me. If no one wants all of me, then I want me for me. I’m not mirroring anyone or anything else anymore.

I’m me. What is me? Who is me?

If I really truly drop every iota of that and more, then there’s nothing left but me. Is there any hope left? Is there any kindness left? Is there any healing left? Is it possible, can I just be me for me in wholeness and goodness? Just let go completely and still be alive? I don’t know the answer and I’m scared. Grieving for my family and letting go of everything. Letting go fully is hard when things are going well and energy ties are easy. Grief is hard when it’s only one obstacle. Layers compound everything.

Easy is just breathing. Right now just breathing. Quiet stillness and breathing. It’s a good middle ground that is easy to find. That’s where I will aim. Just quietly breathing and focused on where I sit. It is the closest I can reach for now, for being the fullness of ME, for little ‘ole me. Quietly breathing in this one spot.

May you find your best spot for quiet breathing and know that your best has to be good enough. May you know you will make it through trying times. May you know that being yourself is the best thing you could ever be, and that it doesn’t matter if anyone ever notices, cares, or listens, because God intended you to be just as you are. Above all, may you know that the divine loves and supports you in all that you do.

Bird Correction: It was a red shouldered hawk, see link:

https://www.allaboutbirds.org/guide/Red-shouldered_Hawk/photo-gallery

I’m going to go with between morning lighting and my emotions, the head seemed much more grey in the moment, and belly less red. Still a raptor I couldn’t save. That’s not how I wanted to hold a majestic bird, anyone for that matter. I hate being a harbinger of death, a real life Banshee; death doula makes it sound far too benign. Regardless of the name used, it is my most disturbing talent, which occurs far too frequently for comfort.

Liberating Clearing

I told a client of my current emotional processing of immensely intense stretches releasing deeply held traumas. I said: “It is not for the faint of heart, but that I felt like God was going to smite me if I didn’t do it to the fullest of my ability.”

Between pain, screams of anger at God, intensely deep stretches pushing my own limits, and resulting trauma release responses, especially crying, I feel like I’m making more progress.

My hips are a bit unstable at the moment, and tender doesn’t even begin to describe some of the remnants needing mended. Yet, when I am just sitting I feel more balanced and stable than a week ago.

The process has included many mental image moments that I simply have no idea their true accuracy. The mental images are the closest translation of what my body has been holding.

  • There was an image of a nurse holding me upside down by one ankle (postnatally).
  • There was an image of mom’s belly being so tight from overwork that I was compressed to her spine, in an inability to move fully and properly as a developing baby should.
  • There was a feeling of fear in the midst of a fight, that feeling stirred when an argument hits maximum and you’re afraid of what the other will do.
  • There was a ‘fallen and I can’t get up’ moment where legs felt like they were so tight I simply couldn’t get on my knees and get to standing. (It made me think mom had fallen, but I called her and she’s fine.)
  • There was what I can best call a rebirthing moment. In reality I was born C-section, but I had a fairly clear moment of what it might feel like to be born as my children were, right in the midst of transitioning between hip opening stretches.
  • The neck thing I carry in C1/C2 turned loose as I was working on a spot in my low back. As I was working on releasing the low back L5/SI area, it felt like whiplash had happened at some point. I was wracking my brain for any actual memory of such an event to my lower spine, and all of a sudden clunk in my neck. If the two are truly connected, then the only thing I can place it with is the time I fell on my head off of the end of a slide as a toddler. I’m hoping I released both ends well enough to keep it gone, but have enough experience to know that things are rarely once and done. May I know how to repeat well enough to accomplish full release in as few repeats as possible.
  • There are probably some other moments I’m forgetting, which is likely a good sign.

Anyway, after all of this and more I’m wrapping my brain around elements of pain retention. How our body traps it, not just for us, but for generations. I have been repeating “Heal me and my children as far back as necessary, down to DNA and mitochondria for here, now, through birth and to generations past.”

Then this morning, I was fortunate enough to get a moment of meditation in. I had a strong awareness that I am going to be able to walk away from something soon. In that way that once you really understand something it gets easy. I feel like I’m going to be faced with one of the common topics of my life, for about the last 5 years, and that I’m going to be able to say no easily. The same way that women that have truly worked through abuse can recognize it much faster and refuse it before anything comes of it. It only sort of confused me.

Abraham swears there are no tests and that God isn’t out to get us or punish us. Jesus was fond of similar sentiments.

Yet, there is that momentum thing, when something has been rolling a really long time it takes on a life of it’s own. Some event has to stop that momentum, and sometimes it is simply the measure of knowing ones’ own strength to stop it oneself. Being able to face it one last time and say “nope, not today”, but actually stopping it dead in it’s tracks, not just diverting it. Diversions only slow the momentum, it’ll just keep rolling and eventually cross your path again. No, one must be strong enough to fully and completely stop the ball or assume the impact.

My awareness this morning helps me know that I am strong enough to stop it myself and stay standing. I am not certain which topic it is in regards to, or the details, but I am much more confident in my capabilities to handle whatever it is, and take the higher ground.

May we all have life affirming moments and an awareness of our capabilities. May we all see ourselves as strong enough to stop something with momentum. May we know we are on the right track and heading in the right direction. May we understand our strengths and use those to lift our weaknesses up. May we all process traumas so that we can be more functional, healthy, and help our children heal to stop the parade of generational trauma. Above all, may you know that the divine loves and supports you in all that you do.

Tough girl.

I’m realizing this week that my tough façade is cracking. Life is challenging me in all the ways, and I’m doing my best as always to stay afloat, but my emotions are beginning to show the strain.

On one hand I finally let some of it out today. Like a kettle boiling over, I simply couldn’t hold it in. The amazing J did needles for my arm again, and I think she added one for emotional release and one for sleep because that was the most palpable results, though the sleep hit me like a freight train about 15 minutes after getting up off the table. It ensured I didn’t accomplish anything else involving labor for the rest of my day. The emotions, well they were like little damns crumbling in my body. I’d feel energy turn loose in my arm and then tears would just start running. There were some in other parts of my body, but it was like my right arm was holding the vast majority. Some of the damns were so strong that when they turned loose I’d know what was causing it, and it was intense. At this point the treatment was successful, but it seems some of them have already been retriggered because I have a twinge in my wrist and thumb again. It is also amazing to me that I can tolerate strained muscles being worked on (a fairly brutally painful experience), but in a quiet room with superfine needles in me, I am sensitive enough to feel energy move when science barely has equipment sensitive enough to even register it. It seems in some ways I’ve practiced the tough routine enough it actually counts.

Everything is a work in progress.

So then on the other hand, post treatment and emotional releases I’m processing what that means.

My tough girl façade is just that. I never wanted to be that, I didn’t set out aiming for it. It happened because I learned to do it from all the boys in my family. Be tough, suck it up, and keep moving like nothing happened. It was expected, and in middle school I learned it was the only way I would survive. I was the new girl again, and fat because of the previous school’s bullies plus my then unknown disease, so I grew tougher. I sucked it up and moved on like nothing happened. Over and over again, dealing with more of the same bullying. My brother escaped through football, but there was no such thing as that for me, I was already too fat for anything girls were supposed to play or do. So, I never let the world see my weaknesses again, making sure I ran circles around weak spots to avoid detection by others. A blessing and curse because the extra efforts improved the weaknesses, but also created mountains of self induced work. At the end of the day and the end of the week I would cry myself to sleep. The rest of middle school, all of high school, and a massive chunk of college, were all tough girl right up until I was alone. I even hid in closets in my dorm to avoid detection. It was exhausting, it still is. Even with Nathan I have difficulty when tears fall against my will. I can’t even talk once emotions hit a certain level. He calls me brutally honest, and says I have a lack of tact, because my communication skills suck when it comes to trying to convey my inner world in the midst of turmoil. I know what triggers things emotionally, but when I try to tell him he thinks I’m beating up on him, when most of the time I’m just trying to let it out honestly. Because of that I am always afraid to be fully honest with others n regards to my emotions, it is literally the only way I’m ever dishonest, though usually I’m just evasive. Truth is I need someone that I can be fully open and honest with. I need help and it’s a dark forest in my mind sometimes. I’ve left negative marks on people’s psyche’s and it’s not because I meant to, every time it’s been because I was struggling myself.

So now, that has become the negative weakness that I run circles around doing my level best to keep it undetectable. This tough girl can’t ask for help because the only thing I’ve been able to formulate is too scary to ask the people I care about most. It’s scary because the words might hurt feelings or become misunderstood. I’d rather battle alone than hurt more people.

So instead I ordered that electric bike I have been thinking about for a while now. It’s much more than I have, and I’ll spend months paying for it, but it’ll help me solve part of the bigger picture. I’ll start the first clear-weather day-off I have after it gets here. I need to ride my route to work on a day off to know how long it will take me for actually commuting. Then, weather permitting I will do that as often as possible, even through winter.

As for the emotions, exercise definitely helps, but at some point I still have to let them out. It is a type of energy, and holding that energy will always prevent the energy I do want, from flowing. I’ll keep practicing, and hopefully I can find a way to release enough for my arm to completely return to normal and stay that way.

May you have emotional support and release when you need it. May you understand your injuries in all the ways and find an easy path to healing them. May you have all the tools and people you need and find a way to communicate safely even in turmoil. May you know everything is okay, and above all may you know that the divine loves and supports you in all that you do.

Sense-ative!

Today we took the kids back to Wonderscope. They really do enjoy going there, even masked.

We aimed to just let them play themselves out, and had no set time limit. It was very crowded compared to our initial visit. It seems even though Delta is spreading like wildfire regardless of vaccination or not, people are just over being cooped up. Life is beginning to look normal again, very slowly. Us risky humans, we can only take so much restriction and then all bets are off. It’s a good thing Covid wasn’t worse, because we definitely hit a limit where we’re either at least attempting to enjoy life or we might as well be dead, and once we finally know that we take our chances.

However for me, I’m not sure it’s a good thing. At least just yet.

At about 2 hours in, I began to feel off, and like I was fighting fatigue intensely. I couldn’t explain it because I’d fasted on Thursday all day, and felt pretty darn good before showing up. Plus, I hadn’t had anything that would set off an allergic reaction, as far as I was aware. I was simply perplexed as to why I was suddenly so tired. Yet, it was enough that after contemplation and acknowledging it might not be me, I popped an extra dose of thyroid meds, carefully poking it into my masked mouth.

About 20 minutes later I began feeling nauseous and my head began throbbing. Something definitely felt awry and I was wracking my brain as to what could have possibly triggered this moment. I let my husband know that I wasn’t feeling great, but couldn’t figure out why. He said he was also starting to get tired and we agreed to work on getting children to wrap up. Katherine was showing some intense fatigue as well.

Nathan went to convince her to stop playing and walked up to her right as she smacked another child. The fatigue had won and she let frustration get the best of her. As parents we immediately pulled her aside and scolded her for smacking the child. I knew though that it wasn’t just frustrated acting out. I could see the pattern I experienced starting to show on my family. We quickly gathered everyone and left for the day.

Nathan needed to stop at the hardware store next door before we went home, so the rest of us piled into the van and got settled for the ride home. I simply told Katherine to just be her and relax. I repeated “Just be Katherine, just be you.” a couple of times. Then I started repeating it for myself, “just be me”. I left one foot hanging out of the van to ground anything that wasn’t mine and even said silently to myself “eliminate anything that isn’t me, push everything else out”. I repated those phrases until Nathan came out of the hardware store.

By the time he was settled I was feeling much better. I told him the nausea had backed off to a slight heavy feeling in my abdomen, and the headache was barely noticable.

At that point I was understanding what was happening and explained to him.

I spend all week working one on one, occasionally standing in a group of 8 or less for conversation. The rare occasion I go to a store, it is usually not as busy as Wonderscope was, but even when it is I’m only in the store for a short time. This was the first time I was around that many people for that length of time. I also explained that kids are there having fun, but it is loud and boisterous. Plus, there were nearly as many parents as children, and human parents are usually the ones with the most energetic baggage- the parents are the ones constantly finding things to complain about. Kids are oblivious to a point, but eventually fatigue or energetic impact begins to wear them down too, and they will fall prey to the same patterns but in kids’ form.

I simply had not shielded well enough, and I was like those kids, where the energetic impact wore me down until my body began manifesting it’s pattern equivalent.

Fortunately, I have definitely gotten better at clearing it out, because 10 minutes outside and away from the crowds was all I needed. By the time we arrived back home I had almost completely cleared the energetic clutter of others.

I know as a kid I couldn’t stand to be in large crowds, the mall during Christmas season was most dreaded. It seems I’m almost caught up with young child me. Except now as an adult I understand better what is happening and how to manage the effects. Now if I can either catch it earlier/faster or somehow shield better to avoid it all together, that would be amazing.

Plus there’s: how I could teach this to my kids quicker? They don’t need 30 years of it before they master it on their own. If I can speed that up to 1 or 2 years, that would serve them immensely well and benefit them greatly.

We’ve watched She-Ra, part of Masters of the Universe, all of Troll Hunters, and 3Below. Those shows all explore the unseen world from different perspectives and vocabulary. They have all been helpful to me in fine tuning my tools and vocabulary for how I experience and interact with my world. I’m hoping I can convey to my kids what I see, feel, and understand, and how those things help.

For instance this week I played with visualizing myself differently. I pretended to be like Aaja from 3Below, I saw myself with an extra pair of arms and when I was doing muscle manipulations with my tangible hands, I was doing Reiki and energetic work with my non-tangible visualized hands. I felt like it helped my sessions get just a bit more efficient. For the first ever utilization of such an energetic tool, I felt it was definitely worth doing more of it.

But my 3 year old doesn’t know what all that means. She could benefit from the visualization too, but she needs a 3 year old understanding of it, how to use it and why it would help. I need to put it in play terms and give her ways she could use it interacting with family. If I can figure out how to get Katherine to understand, I know Ian will too, but potentially Ian might get it first. Either way, which ever one gets it first I know they will help the other learn it too.

There’s a dozen more moments like that from the shows that I am still exploring myself and have yet to attempt to help children do so.

These are definitely interesting times, and the shift is getting more and more noticeable for me. I’m beginning to see evidence of it everywhere.

My body is shrinking and healing and it gets stronger, cleaner, healthier and clearer every day. My third eye seems to be nearly fully woke, with fewer and fewer power downs- usually precipitated by general fatigue.

I am working on controlling the energy in useful and positive ways, aiming it at healing myself, followed by all those around me, my community, my country, and my world. I am doing my level best to really be a vortex of ‘Om Shanti’. Most days I am successful all day long, and begin to loose around 5 or 6 pm. I think dinner just doesn’t come fast enough to help counter the full days of work. Energy out must be balanced by energy in. I probably need to start consuming a buffer snack late in the afternoon, because my lunch veggie snack of months just doesn’t make it far enough now. That or more consistently actually take that second smaller dose of thyroid medicine. I need to look at the last round of labs they just drew before I decide that one, if it was still off a bit then that’s the solution for sure. Course it would be better if my thyroid finished healing and I didn’t need either dose anymore.

Balance and patience. In time all will be well.

For now, I’m grateful that I am feeling better and better. I’m grateful that I am healing and I am shrinking. I’m grateful that I have a beautiful family. I’m grateful that I am both intelligent and aware enough, to understand all of this and how to apply it to my life. I am grateful that I’m intelligent enough to hold what still can’t be fully documented by human tools, as worthy of exploration and understanding. I’m grateful that I’m aware of where science has begun to document some of the unseen world, and I look forward to more understanding being gleaned. I’m grateful that I am able to sense my divine half enough to know for certain that there is an unseen magical world. I look forward to being able to control my divine energy, as well as She-Ra was able, when she defeated The Horde. I love feeling good and knowing I’m more aware than ever. I love being able to focus my awareness. I love knowing that I’m healing myself in ways medicine has yet to even discuss because the topic is still considered to far-fetched. I love knowing my efforts are concerted enough to potentially rewrite my DNA, turning off junk DNA for accepting better options. I love the feeling of healing. I love the vibrance of the energy of healing. I love knowing that when what I feel spills forth, it helps everyone around me, and that because it’s like a cup overflowing, there’s only ever flow outward when my cup is full and the flow continues. I love having my cup continually full and still allowing the flow to continue, that is a true healer. The best feeling ever: my divine self- words give pale comparisons, knowing that alone is priceless and sacred.

May you know what you feel, and may it always be exactly as your inner being is. May you have all the tools you need to navigate this world. May you understand all of the ways to experience the world and all of the tools needed to explore it safely. May you know how to adjust and correct when others impact you. May you know exactly where you went wrong and how to fix everything. May you see your inner light burn brightly for all to see as long as you shall choose. May your heart be full of healing love always. Above all may you know the divine loves and supports you in all that you do.

Om Shanti
