Given clarity

When I first started using ‘Siva Hir Su’ as a ‘blessing’ and for Reiki, it was given to me by my ‘ET’ as something that would help. It was during the time that I was on-again off-again with my online love-interest chat-relationship.

It felt like relief, it felt helpful. I used it on myself, and it helped. I used it on my clients and they would feel lighter and leave more relaxed.

Having only ‘heard’ it mentally, I looked up the translation, which was difficult. I suspect it’s sanskrit and resources for translating sanskrit are not easy to use. I ended up piecing together the meaning by comparing sources of translations of both sanskrit and Hindi versions of the words.

I literally had to go word by word, and even then it was difficult because Su has multiple meanings depending on placement and conjugations.

Originally I settled with what fit and flowed best energetically.

Siva is a derivation of Shiva, but specifically in reference to the omnipresent quality, the energy of everything, all that is.

Hir and Su were harder for me.

Hir I eventually found was “quintessence” in Hindi. My most difficult experience for that word was finding a site that I could put what I thought it sounded like and get all the close spellings. It took several tries and I eventually got the aforementioned definition linked to both my spelling and the spelling ‘Heer’.

And su literally seemed to have hundreds of meanings depending on location in the sentence, conjugations, and even gender. But when I was looking at definition of the other two words, the one that seemed to fit best was “good”.

So when I assembled all of the definitions it seemed to mean “the quintessence of all that is, is good”. I thought, that’s interesting, it’s similar to “the light of god is here” which is a common christian prayer and used in Healing Touch treatments.

Regardless, every time I used it, it seemed to help a lot, and clients always walked away feeling better and noticing the difference, especially in the feel of the session.

Recently, however, spirit clarified for me.

I was reminded of Shiva’s destructive side. I was mentally shown stories of the god archetype, and reminded of how many things my father had destroyed (some before there was the ability to enjoy whatever it was, and others before there was ability to create a new better version). Essentially, I understood that ‘Siva Hir Su’ was flowing that portion of God that destroyed the old or negative. It’s not a bad thing, but like guns should be used much more descriminantly than I was when I received it originally.

It’s highest use is when there is an awareness of a negative (worry, fear, anger, blockage, tightness, tension, problem) that removal of said negative would allow for natural God force healing to correct and fill/heal the void.

So, unlike my father, I now have the sense to not destroy something that is too much for healing energy to correct quickly.

For instance, I won’t point it at my husband’s bad heart because he needs to live for his small children and the slower path to healing is better for his situation.

However, with my dad (whom has already decided that “his way or the highway” has failed and has no desire to change himself, so why not throw in the towel), it would be ideal because it would start breaking down those faulty aspects, and if he did die, it doesn’t seem like he would care with as little effort as he has put to staying alive.

So for now, I am trying to navigate the choices to aim it at it’s highest use and purpose. I still use it on clients, but specify for it to destroy the tension and whatever stress is behind it. Also, I have curbed using it on my blog for now because I realized I was putting it at the end after the blessing. I don’t want to destroy the blessing, only the negatives that I am venting about to release. So until I wrap my brain around segmenting each post so that it can just follow the negatives, I’m just avoiding it for now. Eventually, I’ll figure out my new format to reintroduce this helpful tool.

On a side note, today’s struggles from my previous post have stirred an urge to shut off my blog or start a new one. I’m also working through that and doing my best not to act for now. The air is thick and I know it is impacting me, so I’m doing my best to just pull up and do nothing else for now.

May you have gifts of healing and change given to you by God. May you understand fully how to use them properly. May they benefit you as much as anyone you use them on. May you find all the healing you seek. May you have good health and positive vibes in your life. Live long and prosper.

Post portal tools.

So it occurred to me after my post yesterday that it was 11-11-2020. Supposedly another of those big energy portal days. It could have played into things for me for sure.

I’ve also been toying (again) with the idea of Tessering from “A Wrinkle in Time”. I’ve written before about how that book had such a huge impact on my childhood and affected my psyche in ways I recently (last couple of years) have begun to notice and unravel. Well, beyond feeling like I’m battling the IT in our current ‘reality’, I have tried my hand at Tessering to parallel timelines with better outcomes. There are several big internet people that talk about the concept from varying vocabulary standpoints, but the idea is the same. Shift yourself to a better place one concept at a time. I feel like I have accomplished it a couple of times in small ways, so I am hoping that I can keep that love going.

So my tool today to attempt that, has been a repeating inner dialogue during my client appointments, which looks like this:

  • Where’s my inner me.
  • Where’s the me that is loose, flexible, and aligned.
  • Where’s the relaxed and centered me.
  • Where is me that knows everything is okay.
  • Where is the me that is calm and centered.
  • Where is the me that has joined my parts to a cohesive healed fully functional whole.
  • Where is the me that has healed fully and completely.
  • Where is the me that no longer reacts to food.
  • Where is the me where inflammation has dispersed.
  • Where is the me that is comfortable.
  • Where is the me that is strong and relaxed.
  • Where is me that is self assured.
  • Where is the me that is prosperous and prepared.
  • Where is the me that is able to handle this and more.
  • Where is the me that is strong enough.
  • Where is the me that is grounded and centered.
  • Where is the me that is fully healthy and feels good.
  • Where is the me that has good propper posture always, even while working.
  • Where is the me with balanced body, muscles and functions.
  • Where’s the me with solid core strength.
  • Where is my relaxed self.
  • Where is the inner knowing.
  • Where is my clarity.
  • Where is the me that knows I don’t need something or someone, but maybe still wants them.
  • Where is my knowing that I have everything I need inside of myself.
  • Where is my self that feels good.
  • Where is the me that is energized and excited.
  • Where is the me that is strong enough but can melt muscles just by touch.
  • Where is the me that finds enjoyment in helping others (and occasionally in inflicting good pain).
  • Where is the me that is confident.
  • Where is the me that is stable and secure.
  • Where is the me that is so healthy my energy flows smoothly and freely, inside and out.
  • Where is the me that feels ease and feels good.
  • Where is the me that has full flexible range of motion.
  • Where is me that knows I have support.
  • Where is the me that sees the love I give myself and that I’m given by others.
  • Where’s the me that remembers the care I have taken for myself, that retains the self care and massages.
  • Where’s me that is relaxed and let go of stress or worries.
  • Where’s my knowing.
  • Where’s my love.
  • Where is my inner me.
  • Cells see my inner me.
  • Cells feel my inner me.
  • Connecting with my inner me heals everything fully and completely.
  • Where is my ‘able to eat anything and stay healthy and slim’ self.
  • Where is my perfectly balanced metabolism.
  • Where is my healed thyroid.
  • Where is my healthy pancreas.
  • Where is my fully healed flowing liver.
  • Where is my healed digestive system.
  • Where is my feeling good.
  • Where is my safe, grounded sense of being alright.
  • Where is ME.

After 3 sessions with my inner dialogue on a free flowing repeat, I can already tell the difference. I am beginning to feel much better. My shoulders are beginning to relax. My neck is beginning to relax. I’m generally feeling more energized and centered. It feels good to feel better, and I really really appreciate my ability to reach for that with tools like this.

May you have helpful inner dialogue. May you feel better. May you see your improvement. May you find a way to join your parts together and heal your self. May you feel the love and know that God supports you. May you Tesser to your best self and your best life.

Om Shanti

Get crackin’

So this week I had already had the inkling to resume learning Telegu, regardless of my person coming back or not. Then at dinner last night Nathan shared the following videos with me.

We had already been taking about things of an energetic nature. Then I realized how many things I’d come across lately in Hindi, and a few in Punjabi. I always have to put captions on or lookup translations.

So, I asked Nathan for his intuitive answer, regardless of what that was. Then asked: do I need to resume learning Telegu or start Hindi? His answer was “I think both”.

Then loud and clear I heard, “You better get crackin’ !”.

That was my divine masculine chiming in. I said “thanks smart ass”, and he started laughing. Nathan did too.

So I did. Before bed I did a little of both.

Then really early am I had a dream about a previous co-worker. I was concerned enough I texted him first thing this morning and he said there was a minor concern with what I dreamt about. I gave him a suggestion and wished him well, but the energetic portion of the exchange and what my divine masculine chimed in was far more intense. I was literally feeling like shaking a person and jumping up and down all at once. It was very intense and bizarre.

I swear every day gets weirder and weirder for me. Just doing my best to go with the flow.

May you all find your answers and moments of helpfulness without feeling the need to jump up and down.
